You can invite users to Workleap Officevibe using several methods. This article explains how to invite users, send reminders, and what users can expect after receiving an invitation.
Invite a new user
To invite a user:
Go to Settings > Users.
Click Add users.
Choose an invite method (email or SMS).
Enter the user's email address or phone number.
Assign them to a team (optional).
Adjust the users Workleap product accesses as needed.
Click Invite members.
Invited users will receive an email or SMS with a link to join Workleap Officevibe and set up their account. The link expires after 7 days.
Tip: Select the toggle to automatically invite users with a profile if desired. If enabled, new users are automatically sent an invite when their profile is created.
Invite users in bulk
To invite multiple users at once:
Go to Settings > Users.
Select Add filter and select the Status filter.
Choose the Created status filter to see all users who haven't been invited yet.
Check the boxes next to the users you want to invite to Workleap.
Click the three-dot button that appears in the top bar.
Select Invite.
Invite users through Slack
Set up a Slack integration to invite users to Workleap via Slack. You can choose to sync an entire Slack workspace with Workleap or only specific groups.
Invite users with bulk provisioning
Use Workleap bulk provisioning to invite multiple users at once by uploading a CSV file.
Send invitation reminders
Users typically accept their invite within 2–3 days.
To send a reminder:
Go to Settings > Users.
Click Add filter and choose the Status filter.
Select the Invited status filter to see users who haven’t accepted their invite yet.
Check the boxes next to the users you want to remind.
Click the three-dot button that appears in the top bar.
Select Send invite reminder.
Note: Invitation links expire after 7 days. Sending a reminder generates a new link.
