You have a few options:
Keep using Goals in Officevibe until January 30, 2026.
Move your goals into Workleap Performance (migration support is available).
If you already use Performance, you can start using Performance Goals now.
Will I lose access to my existing goals?

No. By the end of September 2025, you will be able to export goals from Officevibe and import them into Performance. Action items from Officevibe are not retained, however.

Yes. Goal owners receive weekly email reminders on Monday mornings when goals need attention. Reminders are sent if there has been no progress update in 28 days or if the goal is past its end date.
Notifications go to owners only (not contributors) and are sent at most once per week per user.
How is progress calculated in Workleap Performance?
How is progress calculated in Workleap Performance?
It depends on the tracking method.
Manual tracking: owners set progress manually.
Measurement-based: progress starts as the average of all measurements; owners can override.
Sub-goal tracking (manual): progress starts from public sub-goals; owners can override.
Sub-goal tracking (automatic): progress is calculated from sub-goals and cannot be overridden.
Note: all measurements currently contribute equally; custom weighting is not available. There are no third-party integrations for progress updates.
