For Workleap Compensation, Administrators and Executives can edit the scope of the Compensation data Collaborators and Direct Managers can view.
Note: You can edit Compensation permissions per user for Collaborators and Direct Managers.
Edit permissions for Workleap Compensation
To edit Collaborator and Direct Manager permissions for Workleap Compensation:
Sign in to Workleap and open Compensation.
Navigate to Configuration > User Configuration.
Find a Collaborator or Direct Manager whose permissions you want to update, and select Edit next to their name.
You can add filters or search for users by name above the list.
Edit roles
Edit roles in Settings > Users. You can go there directly from the User Configuration page by clicking the button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

By default, all permissions are disabled for Collaborators, and Direct Managers can only view their direct reports on the People page.

What happens if I change a Collaborator or Direct Manager's role?
If you change a Collaborator or Direct Manager's role, any selected permissions in Workleap Compensation are removed.
Can I give a user both roles?
Can I give a user both roles?
Yes. If a user is both a Collaborator and a Direct Manager, you can edit their permissions for both roles. For example, you could give them access to view pay bands by their direct reports and also by pay zone.
