What is the Total Rewards portal?
The Total Rewards portal in Workleap Compensation gives you a clear, personalized view of your complete compensation—base pay, equity (if applicable), perks, benefits, and more.
It's designed to promote transparency, support retention, and help you understand the full value of what your company provides. Depending on your organization, the portal may also reflect your company's branding, compensation philosophy, or additional FAQs.
Step 1: Log in
Go to your company’s Workleap Compensation portal and log in using your work email credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Total Rewards
Once logged in:
Click on Total Rewards in the top navigation bar.
Step 3: Review your compensation summary
Your portal is tailored to you and may include:
Base pay: salary or hourly rate
Variable compensation: like bonuses or commissions
Equity: stock options or RSUs (if applicable)
Perks and benefits: wellness programs, learning budgets, and other offerings
You may also see your company’s logo or compensation philosophy at the top of the page, depending on your organization’s setup.
Step 4: View equity scenarios (if applicable)
If you’ve been granted equity, you may be able to explore:
What’s vested, unvested, and vesting in the next 12 months
Estimated future values based on company growth scenarios
What your equity could be worth in events like an IPO or acquisition
Step 5: Check pay band transparency (if enabled)
If your company has activated this feature, you'll see:
The salary band for your role or level
Where your compensation sits within that band
Metrics like Compa-ratio and Range Penetration
