Customize your Total Rewards portal to reflect your brand and proactively support employee understanding of their compensation.

Before activation, your Workleap Compensation Customer Success Manager will guide you through the setup process.

Here's what you need to prepare:

Details

Company logo

PNG or JPEG format, max height 44px. No width limitation. Displays in the portal header.

Primary brand colour

Optional. HEX (e.g. #635BFF) or RGB (e.g. 99, 91, 255) format. Used throughout the UI.

Custom pay type names

Optional. Rename standard pay components (except equity and benefits) for clarity.

Custom pay type colours

Optional. Apply brand colours to pay components. Five types available.

FAQ entries

Optional. Provide a list of questions and answers for the bottom of the portal.

Logo guidelines

  • Format: PNG or JPEG

  • Max height: 44px

  • No width limit

Your logo appears at the top of the portal.

Brand colours

You can apply your brand’s primary colour to accent the portal’s visuals—such as headers, highlight bars, or visual charts.

  • Provide as an RGB or HEX code

  • Example: #635BFF or 99, 91, 255

Custom pay field labels and colours

You can customize:

  • Field labels (e.g. rename Bonus to Performance Bonus)

  • Pay type colours (to match internal visual systems)

Important: You cannot rename Equity or Benefits.

FAQs for employees

Add a custom FAQ section at the bottom of the portal to proactively answer:

  • How compensation is structured

  • What equity means at your company

  • Bonus eligibility or definitions

You can include as many entries as needed. Your team provides the questions and answers during setup.
