The Display Options section in total rewards allows you to configure which details are visible to employees. This enables you to match your organization’s level of pay transparency and tailor how compensation data is shared across the company.
Acess display options
Go to Configuration in the main navigation.
Click Display Options under the Total Rewards section.
There are four categories to customize: Employee Details, Pay Band, Compensation Philosophy, and Equity.
Employee details
Choose what employee-specific information is shown in the portal.
You can select from a list of available fields depending on how you want to communicate role or compensation details internally.
Pay band
Enable or disable visibility into the employee’s assigned pay band (if applicable).
You can also choose to display additional contextual details, such as:
Position within the band
Compa-ratio
Range penetration
This supports pay transparency and helps employees understand how their compensation aligns with internal benchmarks.
Compensation philosophy
Add a short description of your company’s compensation philosophy and include an optional link to a more detailed internal resource (e.g., PDF, intranet page).
This provides context around how pay is structured and why it’s designed that way.
Equity
If your organization offers equity, this section allows you to:
Display equity grant details
Enable equity value projection scenarios
Add a customizable disclaimer
This helps employees understand the potential long-term value of their equity while also clarifying the assumptions behind projected outcomes.
