Each employee sees a private, branded portal that includes:
Base pay (salary or hourly rate)

The experience is tailored to each employee based on synced HR and compensation data.
You can also include your company logo and a short explanation of your compensation philosophy at the top of the portal.

Employees can:
View each equity grant, including what’s vested and unvested
See what will vest in the next 12 months
Explore future-value projections based on company growth (e.g. in the case of an IPO or acquisition)
Pay transparency
