The performance overview page is a centralized information hub that provides actionable, AI-driven insights to HR Executives. Other roles only see tasks and analytics that relate to them or their team, avoiding information overload. Day-to-day review tasks themselves are managed from the dedicated Reviews page, where employees and managers can see all their active and past reviews in one place

All users can access the performance overview page by selecting Overview from the left-hand menu in Workleap Performance.

Role-aware insights

The performance overview page shows tasks and insights based on your Workleap role.

  • Only Executives see organization-wide data and trends from the Your organization tab.

  • Direct Managers can see performance insights for their team in the Your reporting line tab.

  • All employees can see a list of pending and completed tasks from the Just you tab.

Each view is designed to help you prioritize, take action, and track progress—without needing to search through cycles or dashboards. When you’re ready to work on your reviews, go to the Reviews page to see all your active and past reviews in a single, filterable list.

Your organization (Executives only)

Active review cycles

This section shows a snapshot of the three most recent performance review cycles. It helps you monitor progress, identify delays, and stay ahead of upcoming deadlines.

Send nudges

Executives can create and send customizable email nudges to employees with pending review tasks.

To do so:

  1. From the Active review cycles section, select Send a nudge next to a cycle.

  2. Check the box next to all review types you want users to take action on.

    1. You can see how many users still have pending tasks for each type, along with the task deadline for each.

  3. Add a personalized message in the text box (optional).

  4. Confirm to send your nudges.

Performance summary

Average review scores (/5)

This section shows a clear, unbiased view of how performance is distributed across your organization. It helps identify high- and low-performing trends across all review types and track changes over time.

You can:

  • Filter by timeframe (e.g., past 90 days, past year).

  • Group data by team, manager, or individual.

  • Click on data points to explore detailed breakdowns.

  • Search for individuals to view their performance summaries.

The data and calculations here match your performance analytics.

Top sentiments from review content

View AI-driven insights from your org's performance data that show the overall sentiment of your colleagues and how each theme trends over time.
