Caution: This article references a legacy version of Pingboard.
If you sync employees from Google Workspace to Pingboard, you can invite them automatically using this setting:
Click Settings from the left side menu, and then select Add-Ons.
Find and select Google Workspace, then navigate to the Settings tab.
Make sure the option marked Automatically Invite New Employees is selected.
Select Save to save your changes.
When the setting is enabled, new employees receive an invite email as soon as they're synced to Pingboard.
