After the Google Workspace integration with Pingboard is activated, a daily Google Calendar summary is included in profiles.
Pingboard applies the same privacy settings you set up in Google Calendar. If events or calendars are set to "private" in Google Calendar, they are private in Pingboard as well. If you're unsure or concerned about what people can see on your Pingboard Profile calendar, check your privacy settings for Google Calendar to make changes.
Keep in mind that, as the calendar's owner, you'll be able to see everything on your calendar in Pingboard, even if you're using Google's privacy settings to keep that information hidden from other employees.
If you'd rather not display Google Calendar events in Pingboard profiles, disable the Show Google Calendar on Profiles option on the Settings tab of your Google Workspace Add-On.
