Template: Post-launch check-in message

Hi team,

We launched Officevibe a couple of weeks ago, and many of you have already completed your first Pulse Survey—thank you!

I wanted to check in and hear how things are going so far. Your feedback plays a big role in shaping how we work and grow together. Officevibe is a space for you to share your thoughts honestly, whether they’re positive or highlight areas we can improve.

As we start to collect feedback, we’ll begin identifying key trends and themes. We’ll share what we learn and let you know how we plan to act on it. This is a team effort, and your voice helps drive meaningful change.

If you haven’t had a chance to complete your Pulse Survey yet, no worries—there’s still time. It only takes a few minutes.

Thanks again for your participation and openness. If you have questions about Officevibe or how your feedback is used, feel free to reach out.
