When viewing feedback on the Feedback page, you can click the Label button to assign labels to conversations in order to group them and make them easier to find.
Changing the label names
You can change the names of the feedback labels to suit your organization's needs.
Go to Settings
.
Select Officevibe from the left-hand menu.
Click Feedback.
Use the text fields to edit the names of the labels and click Update.
