Team Managers in Workleap Officevibe can access notification preferences that help them stay informed about their team’s activity. These settings ensure Managers receive the right updates at the right time—without information overload.
What can Team Managers manage?
Each Team Manager can control their personal notification settings for:
Survey participation: Receive weekly updates on who has responded to the Pulse Survey.
Feedback activity: Get notified when Feedback is given or received within their team.
1-on-1s: Stay informed about upcoming or missed 1-on-1 meetings.
Weekly team summaries: Get a snapshot of team insights, survey scores, and feedback trends.
These notifications help Managers keep a pulse on team engagement without needing to log in daily.
How to manage your notification preferences
Team Managers can update their settings anytime:
Click your your user icon on the top right.
Select the My Profile tab.
Select Preferences in the lefthand menu.
Choose Officevibe in the product selection.
Choose which types of notifications you want to receive under Survey delivery method.
Select the notifications method based on your preferences then click save.
Changes will be saved and take effect immediately.
