Manage survey frequency

Officevibe

Updated over a week ago

In Workleap Officevibe, you can control how often Pulse Surveys are sent to your team. Adjusting the frequency helps you find the right balance between gathering insights and avoiding survey fatigue.

Survey Frequency

Administrators can choose from the following survey frequency options in the Pulse Survey settings:

  • Weekly: Surveys are sent once per week.

  • Bi-weekly: Surveys are sent every two weeks.

  • Monthly: Surveys are sent once per month.

  • Paused: No surveys are sent until the frequency is updated.

Access Pulse Survey settings

As an Admin:

  1. Open Workleap Settings.

  2. Select Officevibe under Product Settings.

  3. Select Surveys under Features.

  4. Find the Pulse Surveys section.

    1. Here, you can adjust the survey frequency and default language for your whole organization.

Note: Officevibe captures how your team feels by collecting at least 15 answers per Employee every 30 days.

How to adjust your survey settings

To change your personal survey frequency:

  1. In Workleap, select your profile icon, then Edit profile.

  2. Select Preferences from the sidebar.

  3. Select the Officevibe tab.

  4. Find the Survey Settings section.

    1. Here, you can update your survey delivery method, language, delivery time, and delivery day.

Note: Survey settings apply to each individual user within the survey frequency set by your Admin. Members of the same team do not need to have the same survey settings.

Best practices for survey cadence

Choosing the right frequency depends on your team’s engagement goals and availability. Consider the following:

  • Start with weekly surveys to build a consistent feedback rhythm.

  • Use bi-weekly or monthly if your team needs more time to reflect or if you want to reduce notification volume.

  • Pause surveys temporarily during major organizational changes, holidays, or low-activity periods.

Consistent, manageable survey delivery increases response rates and helps build trust in the feedback process.
