Survey Delivery Methods

In order to ensure that Members are the best set up to receive their surveys based on their schedule, everyone in the account has the ability to customize their survey delivery settings.

Note: Each user selects their own delivery method. It cannot be set or changed by anyone else.

Selecting Your Preferred Delivery Method

  1. Click your profile image in the top-right corner of the page, then select My Profile from the dropdown menu. A new page will open.

  2. Click Preferences from the lefthand menu.

  3. Select the Officevibe tab.

  4. Under Survey settings, you can select your preferences, such as delivery method and frequency.

    • If no preferences are selected, your survey will be sent on a random day and time of the workweek via your company's default delivery method.

    • If you choose to receive survey invites via email or SMS, they will be sent to the email or phone number on your profile.

    • The option to receive survey invites via Slack is available only if it has been set up for your organization. Administrators can refer to this article for details.
