Survey delivery methods

Officevibe

Updated over a week ago

Workleap Officevibe offers flexible delivery methods so employees can receive and complete surveys in the way that is best for them. Surveys are sent automatically based on your chosen settings and preferences.

Before sending surveys, ensure that employees have registered in the Workleap Officevibe platform and have access to the required tools. Proper registration and enabling Officevibe access for users is crucial for receiving and completing surveys.

Before you launch a survey

To ensure every employee can successfully respond to surveys, follow the steps below:

  1. Confirm Employee Registration: Ensure employees are invited to Workleap Officevibe and have completed their registration.

  2. Verify Access to Officevibe: Confirm employees have appropriate access within the platform. Employees without Officevibe access will not receive surveys.

How surveys are delivered

Officevibe sends survey invitations through the following channels:

  • Email: A direct link to the survey is sent to the Employee’s inbox.

  • Slack: Employees receive a private message with a survey link.

  • Microsoft Teams: Surveys appear in a 1-on-1 chat through the Officevibe app integration.

These delivery options ensure everyone receives their survey, even if they don’t use email as their primary communication tool.

How to choose the delivery method

Administrators can select the delivery method when setting up or managing the integration.

To choose or change the delivery method:

  1. Go to Settings in the Officevibe platform.

  2. Select Integrations.

  3. Choose your preferred platform (Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email).

  4. Follow the prompts to complete the setup.

Only one delivery method can be active per employee at a time.

Troubleshooting survey delivery issues

  • Missing Survey Links: Verify if employees' email addresses match their registered Workleap Officevibe account and confirm that their Officevibe access is active.

  • Incomplete Registrations: Unregistered employees cannot receive surveys. Double-check that employees have completed their platform registration.

What employees need to know

Once the delivery method is set, employees will receive surveys regularly—no action is needed on their part to get started. Regardless of the method, each survey remains:

  • Confidential

  • Quick to complete

  • Accessible from any device

Encourage your team to keep an eye on their communication channel of choice so they never miss a survey.
