Workleap Officevibe offers multiple delivery methods so employees can receive and complete surveys in their preferred tool. Surveys are sent automatically based on each user's preference settings (User avatar > Edit profile > Preferences > Officevibe > Survey delivery method).
Note: To receive and respond to surveys, users must accept their Workleap invitation.
Survey delivery methods
Officevibe sends surveys through the following methods:
Email: A direct link to the survey is sent to the employee's inbox.
SMS: Employee gets a text message with a link to the survey.
Slack: Employees receive a private message with a survey link.
Microsoft Teams: Employees receive a private message with a survey link.
Users receive surveys via your organization's default delivery method, but each user can change their preferred delivery method at any time (User avatar > Edit profile > Preferences > Officevibe > Survey delivery method).
Note: While email and SMS are available by default to all users, a Workleap Admin must turn on Slack and Microsoft Teams survey delivery in your Officevibe product settings (Settings > Officevibe > Integrations > Communications).
Note: Only one delivery method can be active per employee at a time.
Troubleshoot common issues
Missing survey links: Verify that the employee's email address matches the one registered with their Workleap Officevibe account, and confirm that their Officevibe product access is active.
What employees need to know
Once the delivery method is set, employees will receive surveys regularly. Each survey is confidential, quick to complete, and accessible from any device.
