Monitoring a Review Cycle

As a direct manager, you are responsible for ensuring that your team completes its performance reviews on time. The review cycle dashboard gives you visibility into the progress of self, peer, and manager reviews for each of your direct reports.

This allows you to identify delays early, take corrective action, and ensure your team meets deadlines.

Tracking Team Progress

Within the dashboard, you can view real-time completion data that reflects the percentage and count of submitted reviews compared to what’s expected. Progress bars are colour-coded so you can quickly assess who hasn't started, who is still working on a draft, and who has submitted their review.

These visual cues simplify the task of managing review completion, especially as deadlines approach.

You can also see the specific review type—Self, Peer, or Manager—and whether a team member has started, saved a draft, or fully submitted the review. Due dates are clearly displayed, helping you keep track of what’s coming up and what’s overdue.

Understanding Review States

The system uses distinct statuses to show where each review and its cycle stands.
