What is Workleap Performance?
Workleap Performance is a performance management tool designed to help your organization run efficient and structured reviews.
With Workleap Performance, you can:
Complete self and peer reviews quickly.
Align with your Direct Manager or direct reports on performance.
Track your progress during each review cycle.
Step 1 – Sign in to Workleap Performance
If you're new to Workleap Performance, you'll receive an email invitation to join.
To get started:
Open the invitation email.
Click the sign-in link.
Log in using your work email.
If your HR team has already launched a review cycle, your homepage will have the required reviews listed. If not, it may be blank until the cycle begins.
Step 2 – Fill out your review(s)
When HR starts a review cycle, you’ll receive a notification that outlines what you need to complete.
Here’s what to expect based on your role:
Employees: May need to complete a self-review, a peer review, or both.
Managers: May be asked to complete a self-review, peer review, and/or manager review. You may also need to assign peer reviewers for your direct reports.
Peers: If you’ve been selected to complete a peer review, you’ll receive a peer review request notification.
Make sure to follow all instructions in your notification to complete your reviews on time.
