HR Executives and Collaborators: Cycle management view

Performance

Updated over 2 months ago

During a performance review cycle, HR and Managers monitor progress and completion to keep the process on time, effective, and well-organized. They focus on participation, accuracy, and accountability at every stage.

Use Workleap Performance's cycle management view to:

  • Monitor performance review progress across departments and teams.

  • Catch delays early and correct them to keep the process moving.

  • Ensure user behaviour aligns with your internal review policies.

With clear insights and flexible filters, you can stay on top of every review cycle and guide your teams toward timely completion.

Access cycle management view

Executives and Collaborators can access the cycle management view by opening Workleap Performance and selecting a review cycle from either the Home page or the Review cycles page.

Review cycle progress tracking

Different user groups track review progress based on their needs. HR and Executives rely on high-level filters to monitor organization-wide completion, overdue reviews, and missing Managers. Reporting Managers focus on team-level progress to ensure timely submissions from their direct reports.

The list view supports compliance by confirming all required reviews—Self, Manager, and Peer—are submitted. It also ensures review structures align with the current org chart.

This tracking tool highlights delays, such as missed deadlines or unsubmitted reviews, and helps investigate blockers like unclear steps or technical issues. Critical delays can be escalated to leadership when needed.
