Monitoring a Review Cycle
As an HR team member, your role is to manage the review cycle at an organizational level. Your primary goals are to ensure compliance with internal review policies, drive timely completion of all review types, and identify any structural or process-related delays that could affect the cycle's success.
The dashboard gives you visibility into review progress across the company, filtered by departments, teams, or specific user groups.
Organization-Wide Progress Tracking
The review progress dashboard provides real-time insight into submission status for Self, Peer, and Manager reviews. You can view exact counts and percentages, helping you track how close teams are to full completion. Color-coded progress bars let you scan for trends, such as departments lagging behind or teams that have not yet started their reviews. Due dates are integrated into the view so you can identify submissions that are overdue and follow up accordingly.
HR teams also use this view to catch organizational gaps, such as missing manager assignments, incorrect reporting structures, or unassigned peer reviewers. These issues often surface as bottlenecks and should be resolved early to maintain momentum throughout the review cycle.
