Who can see engagement scores in Pingboard?
Org chart engagement scores only show for Executives to protect anonymity. This is because engagement scores are collected across your organization.
What data shows on org chart cards?
On Direct Manager cards - The Officevibe engagement score for that manager's reporting line.
On department cards - The Officevibe engagement score for the whole department.
How to use it
Viewing engagement scores in the Pingboard org chart helps leaders identify org-wide engagement patterns. It helps you understand your engagement data in a reporting structure context.
