The Workleap Agent (formerly Workleap AI) connects to Claude, ChatGPT, and other tools that support remote MCP servers, so you can ask about your Workleap data without switching apps.
Who can see what
Each person connects their own account with their own Workleap login. Nothing is exposed to the rest of your organization.
The agent follows your existing Workleap roles and permissions. It cannot show you anything you couldn't open in Workleap yourself.
Sign-in uses Workleap SSO. There are no API keys, and your AI tool never sees your password.
Admins have nothing to configure. Removing the connector revokes access.
What it reads
People and teams. Your profile, org chart, teams, teammates, manager, and direct reports.
Recognition. Good Vibes sent and received.
Engagement. Scores, eNPS, and participation.
Performance. Review cycles, reviews, and goals you can access.
Meeting load. Time spent in meetings, if your organization connects Microsoft 365.
What it writes
Draft review answers, add context, share a review, and submit it. These are the same actions you can take in Workleap Performance, recorded under your name.
What it cannot reach
Slack, email, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, and Google Drive. Claude and ChatGPT keep using their own connectors for those.
Set it up
Pick the tool you use.
ChatGPT
Install the Workleap app from the ChatGPT app directory.
Claude, desktop or web
Go to Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector.
Name it Workleap Agent and paste
https://api.ai.workleap.com/mcp.Click Connect, then sign in with your Workleap credentials.
Claude Code
Run claude mcp add --transport http --scope user workleap-agent https://api.ai.workleap.com/mcp, restart, then type /mcp and click Authenticate.
Any other MCP tool
Add https://api.ai.workleap.com/mcp as a remote HTTP MCP server. Sign-in happens automatically.
That URL is a connector address, not a web page. Opening it in a browser returns "method not allowed."
Once connected, try "Who's on my team?" or "What's our engagement trend?"
Availability
Available today to anyone with Workleap access, and part of the new Workleap experience going forward. Talk to your account representative if you're on a legacy plan.
