The Workleap Agent (formerly Workleap AI) connects to Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools that support remote MCP servers. Once connected, you can ask those tools about your Workleap data — your team, recognition, engagement, and performance — without copying anything back and forth.

Note: This is a connector address, not a web page. Pasting it into a browser returns "method not allowed." Add it inside your AI tool as described below.
Connect in Claude (Desktop or web)
Go to Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector.
Name it Workleap Agent, paste the URL above, and click Connect.
Sign in with your Workleap credentials. When it shows Connected, you're set.
Claude Code: run claude mcp add --transport http --scope user workleap-agent https://api.ai.workleap.com/mcp, restart, then /mcp and click Authenticate.
ChatGPT: requires a paid ChatGPT plan with developer mode enabled (Settings > Apps > Advanced settings). Choose Create an App and enter the server URL above. If your organization uses SAML sign-in, choose the Send me a link option when authenticating.
Other tools: add the URL above as a remote HTTP MCP server — it handles sign-in automatically.
Access and permissions
Connected per user, not per organization. Each person connects their own account and signs in with their own Workleap credentials. Connecting doesn't expose anything to your whole organization.
You see exactly what you'd see in Workleap — the same role and permission rules apply. The connector can't widen your access.
No keys to manage. Sign-in uses your existing Workleap SSO, your AI tool never sees your password, and access is revoked by removing the connector.
Nothing to configure on your side — no admin setup, allowlist, or API key.
What it can read
With your existing permissions, the agent can use:
People and teams — your profile, org chart, teams, teammates, manager, and direct reports.
Recognition — Good Vibes sent and received.
Engagement — engagement scores, eNPS, and participation.
Performance — review cycles, reviews, and goals you have access to.
What it can write
Where enabled for your organization, the agent can help you draft review answers, add context, share, and submit a review — the same actions you can take yourself in Workleap Performance. Every write is one you initiate, and it's attributed to you.
The agent cannot read your Slack, email, Jira, or other third-party tools through this connector. When you use it inside Claude or ChatGPT, that tool keeps using its own connectors for those — Workleap adds your Workleap context.
