How to share access to Workleap AI with your team

Access to Workleap AI is managed through the Users tab in Workleap Settings.

  1. Find the user(s) you’d like to add Workleap AI access for.

  2. For a single user:

    1. Click the ellipsis [ ⋮ ] menu and select Manage product access from the dropdown.

  3. For multiple users:

    1. Click the checkbox beside everybody you’d like to add.

    2. Click the Manage product access button that appears at the top right of the list

  4. Toggle Workleap AI and click Save

Users will receive an email that they’ve been granted access to Workleap AI. There’s no invitation to accept — it’s available right away!
