Use this article to read your own Pulse Survey results on the Engagement tab of your profile in Workleap. Your engagement scores are private: only you can see them. You can follow your score over time, compare it with your organization, see which metrics changed, and take the survey.
Who this is for: Employees. That includes managers looking at their own profile.
Before you start: You need to have answered a few surveys. Until then, the Engagement tab shows Your engagement scores will appear here once you’ve answered a few surveys.
Open your engagement results
Select Me in the top menu.
Select the Engagement tab.
The Private badge next to Your engagement confirms that only you can see these scores. Your manager, Executives, and HR can’t see them.
Read your engagement score
The Your engagement card shows:
Your score out of 10, with a label such as Good.
The change over the last 3 months, in points.
A trend chart that compares You with Company over the last 12 months.
Note: Your score is a rolling average of your answers over the last 90 days. If you haven’t answered recently, it stays where it was until you answer again.
See which metrics changed
Below the score:
Top gains lists the metrics where your score went up the most.
Top decreases lists the metrics where it went down the most.
Select Show all metrics to see all 10: Recognition, Feedback, Relationship with manager, Relationship with peers, Personal growth, Wellness, Happiness, Satisfaction, Ambassadorship, and Alignment. Select Hide all metrics to collapse the list.
Open a metric’s details
Select a metric in the list.
The metric page shows the sub-metrics that make it up, each with its score and change, plus a trend chart.
Hover over a sub-metric to see what it measures.
Select Back to Engagement to return to the list.
If you haven’t answered enough questions for a sub-metric, the page shows Not enough responses to show sub-metric details yet.
Take the Pulse Survey
On the Engagement tab, select Take survey.
The survey opens in a new page.
Answer the questions and submit.
Your new answers update your score once they’re processed.
Tip: Answering regularly keeps your trend meaningful. Skipped surveys leave gaps, not zeros.
See your feedback and Good Vibes from the same tab
The Your feedback panel shows the feedback you sent and your manager’s replies. Your Good Vibes appear on your profile as well. See the Feedback and Recognition articles for details.
Limitations
Your results are read-only. You can’t edit or delete past answers.
There’s no per-question breakdown for one person; metrics and sub-metrics are the smallest unit.
Nobody else in your organization can see your engagement scores, including managers and Executives.
