You can view individual question results from a Pulse Survey or a Custom Survey in the Survey section of the platform.
Each question’s results give you insight into how employees responded. This helps you better understand engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
View question results
To view question results from a specific survey:
Go to the Surveys section in the left-hand menu.
Select the relevant survey from the list.
Click the Results tab.
Select the Questions tab to view results by question.
Each question shows the average score or response breakdown, depending on the type of question.
Filter question results
You can filter question results to focus on specific groups or timeframes.
To apply filters:
Open the Questions tab within a survey's Results.
Use the available filters at the top of the page:
Date range.
Team.
Location.
Manager.
Custom attributes (if configured through your HRIS).
Filtered views update the data to reflect only the selected group, helping you analyze trends or outliers within specific segments.
Understand question results
The question results page displays:
The question text.
A trend line showing the score or response evolution over time.
The number of responses received for each period.
A breakdown of answers (e.g., by rating or scale).
Comments left by employees, if the question allowed for open-ended feedback.
All responses remain anonymous unless the survey configuration explicitly allowed identification.
Export question results
To export question data:
Go to the Questions tab under Results.
Click Export in the top-right corner.
Choose Download CSV or Download PDF.
The export will include:
Question text.
Response data.
Filters applied at the time of export.
Exports help you share insights with stakeholders or use the data in external reporting tools.
