Team Feedback in Workleap Officevibe allows Managers to collect input from their team in a structured, transparent way. It’s designed to foster honest conversations, highlight team needs, and support better decision-making.
What is Team Feedback?
Team Feedback is a one-time request sent by a Team Manager to gather feedback from their direct reports. Unlike Pulse Survey responses, these messages are not anonymous, and everyone on the team can view and reply to shared responses.
This feature is ideal for:
Preparing for team retrospectives.
Collecting input after a project or major milestone.
Exploring team sentiment around specific topics or challenges.
Who can use Team Feedback?
Only Team Managers can send a Team Feedback request. All team members included in the Manager’s visibility will be able to respond and view each other’s input.
What happens when you send a Team Feedback request?
When a Manager sends a Team Feedback request:
All team members receive a notification.
They answer one open-ended question.
Responses are visible to the entire team.
Replies and comments can be added to keep the conversation going.
This creates an open space for team reflection and collaboration.
How to send a Team Feedback request
Go to the Team Feedback section in your Officevibe dashboard.
Click Create request.
Write your open-ended question.
Select the team you want to send it to.
Click Send to notify your team.
Team members can then respond, react, and engage with each other’s answers in a shared thread.
