You can sync 1-on-1s from your Google Calendar to automatically appear in Workleap Officevibe.
Note: The calendar integration is a one-way sync from Google Calendar to Workleap Officevibe. Any scheduling updates made in Google Calendar will reflect in Workleap Officevibe. However, updates made in Workleap Officevibe will not sync back to your calendar—you’ll need to add them manually.
How calendar integration works
You can connect your Google Calendar to Workleap to:
Automatically sync scheduled 1-on-1 meetings.
Receive reminders through the Google Calendar app.
Manage availability directly from Google Calendar.
Note: Even with the integration enabled, you can still schedule and update 1-on-1s in Workleap Officevibe. You'll just need to manually add them to your calendar.
Sync your calendar
To sync your Google Calendar:
Open Workleap Officevibe.
Select 1-on-1s from the sidebar.
Select New 1-on-1 to create a new 1-on-1, or select an existing 1-on-1 from the list.
Adjust the 1-on-1 details if needed, then select Schedule 1-on-1.
Select Connect with my Google Calendar.
Follow the prompts to complete the sync.
Once connected, your scheduled 1-on-1s from your Google Calendar are synced with your 1-on-1 details in Workleap Officevibe.
Note: If you previously scheduled 1-on-1s manually in Workleap Officevibe, those meetings will now reflect the data from your Google Calendar.
Disconnect your calendar
You can disconnect the Google Calendar integration at any time. No calendar data will be stored in Workleap Officevibe after disconnection.
To disconnect your Google Calendar:
Open Workleap Officevibe.
Select 1-on-1s from the sidebar.
Select a scheduled 1-on-1 to open its details.
Select Disconnect Google Calendar and confirm.
Key details

Syncing occurs in real time.
When updating scheduling details from your Google Calendar, it's best to select all events rather than individual meetings.
If syncing issues occur, disconnect and reconnect the integration.
