Workleap Performance reviews give your Direct Manager vital insight into past achievements, pain points, and goals. A well-built self-review could be the stepping stone to the next phase of your career.
You may be invited to complete self-reviews about your experiences or peer reviews about colleagues you've worked with.

Notifications
You receive notifications when added to or removed from an active review cycle. Peer reviewers are also notified if a reviewee they were assigned to is removed. Notifications are sent immediately by email or Slack in English or French.
Reminders
You receive three email reminders about review cycles that include you:
Three business days before the due date
On the due date
The business day following the due date (if not yet submitted)
Review types
There are three types of Performance reviews:
Self-review - Reviewees complete an assessment of themselves.
Peer review - Peers who work closely together assess each other.
Manager review - Direct Managers assess their direct reports.
Note: If you aren't a manager, you'll only be invited to complete self-reviews and peer reviews (if selected to participate).
Note: All users can be assigned as peer reviewers regardless of their role, team, or inclusion in the review cycle.
Reviews list
The Reviews list shows all current and past review cycles that include you. You can see the review type (including peer reviews you've filled out) and each review's status.
Tip: Due dates appear in the upper right-hand corner of each review cycle.
Fill out a review
To start or edit a review:
Open Workleap Performance and select a review cycle, or select Start review in an email notification.
Answer all review questions.
When complete, select Submit at the bottom of the form.
Note: Your review progress auto-saves periodically. If the All changes saved indicator appears at the bottom of the form, you can close the review and pick up where you left off at any time.
