The Goals feature in Workleap Performance helps you set, track, and align objectives across your organization. Goals are designed to be flexible and easy to update, allowing you to keep progress visible and teams focused.
Workleap Performance Goals are designed to be the backbone of performance management. They power reviews, feedback, conversations, and AI insights, creating a complete performance ecosystem.
You can:
Create and structure goals at the personal, team, or organizational level, using any framework (OKR, SMART, etc.). Goals can be private or open, saved as drafts, and linked hierarchically.
Track progress automatically with roll-ups, weights, and status updates (On Track, At Risk, Off Track). Owners can add comments and review the full history.
Use AI assistance to get goal suggestions based on role, history, and team focus.
Stay on track with reminders: Goal owners receive weekly email reminders on Monday mornings when goals need attention, either there has been no progress update in 28 days or the end date has passed. Notifications go to owners only (not contributors) and are sent at most once per week per user.
Gain visibility through progress and adoption reports that help Executives, HR, and managers measure alignment and goal health.
Connect goals directly to performance reviews, making every review and feedback cycle grounded in real outcomes.
