Connect the apps you work in, and the Workleap Agent can use them when you ask. Each connection uses your own account, so the agent sees only what that account can open.
Connect an app
Go to Personal settings > Agent > Connected apps (your avatar, top right).
Click the app, then Connect [app].
Sign in and allow access.
The app shows Connected. The agent can use it from your next message.
Connect your calendar from Home
On Home, click Connect my calendar in The week ahead, then pick Microsoft Outlook or Google. Your meetings then show on Home.

Administrators can add your own tools as custom MCP servers. See Connect a custom MCP server.
How the agent uses your apps
It reads an app when you ask, and when a routine runs for you, such as the Workleap Brief. Nothing is synced or indexed.
Administrators can't read your conversations or see which apps you connected.
Your manager's agent uses your manager's connections, never yours.
Your content is never used to train AI models.
It asks before it sends a Slack message or changes your calendar. In other apps, it asks before actions the app marks as destructive. HubSpot, Intercom, Mixpanel and Zoom are read-only.
Disconnect or pause an app
To disconnect, click the app, then Disconnect, and confirm. Workleap deletes your stored sign-in.
To pause, click + in the agent's message box, then the app. The app shows Off in this browser until you click the app again.
